Third booths receive an additional $200 discount. (contiguous booths)

Additional discounts for members of sponsoring associations. (The amount and expiration date of all association discounts is subject to change until your application is submitted and contracted. All association discounts expire December 31, 2009 Booth prices are subject to change until booth is contracted.)

At no additional charge all booths include:

(1)  8 ft. high back drop, 3 ft. side rails,
(2)  8’ table covered in white linen,
(3)  2 exhibitor badges*
(4)  2 exhibitor parking tickets*
(5)  2 complimentary VIP show tickets*
  * Additional parking tickets and exhibitor badges may be purchased in advance. Complimentary tickets not available to exhibitors signing up within 30 days of the show.
(6) Exhibitor Training for everyone working in your booth.

Electrical power is not included.

500 watts may be purchased for $50 on your applicatiion, or $75 if you add it later.

2000 watts is $75 if purchased on your application, or $100 if added later.

Electrical orders cannot be accepted on site at the show.

All spaces are sold first come, first served with no extra charge for corners or prime locations. For best selection, call us now!

Note: Carpeting is encouraged but not required. We hold an "open" show, which means you may bring whatever you need to furnish your booth and you are not required to use any particular contractor, however rental contractors and suppliers are subject to show approval.

Note: any booths sold within three weeks of the show will be placed by show management. (if booths are still available)

Unlike many bridal shows, we devote extra time and effort to be sure that your booth is not next to or directly across from a competitor.
